Counselling for students — free of charge

Six stages, one counsellor, no surprises.

Every student's route is different, but the sequence is the same. Here is exactly what we do at each stage and what we will need from you.

01

Counselling and profile review

We start by looking at what you actually have to work with: academic record, English language results, budget, family circumstances and where you want your career to go. You leave the first session knowing what is realistic.

02

Program and Institution selection

A shortlist of programmes and institutions matched to your profile, ranked by fit rather than by convenience. We explain the trade-offs on each one — entry requirements, cost, location, intake timing and what the qualification leads to.

03

Application preparation

We assemble the application: transcripts, test scores, statement of purpose, letters of recommendation and supporting documents. Everything is checked against that institution's requirements before it is submitted.

04

Admissions and offer management

We track the application through the institution's process, respond to requests for further information, and help you compare the offers that come back so you accept the right one.

05

Documentation support

Clear checklists for the paperwork each stage requires, reviewed before submission. Most delays in this process come from an incomplete file, and this is the stage that prevents them.

06

Pre-departure guidance

Before you fly: accommodation, banking, insurance, what to pack, airport arrival, and a realistic picture of the first month on campus. We would rather answer these questions now than have you discover them alone.

What it costs you

Counselling is free. Ask us anything before you commit.

Your first session carries no fee and no obligation. We would rather spend an hour telling you that studying abroad is not the right move this year than take on a student we cannot serve well.

  • Bring your academic transcripts and any English test results you already have.
  • Bring a rough budget, including what your family can contribute.
  • Bring your questions — particularly the ones you think are too basic to ask.
  • You will leave with a written shortlist and a clear next step.

Next step

Book your first session.

Free, no obligation, and you will know where you stand by the end of it.
