Counselling for students — free of charge

An education consultancy built on doing this properly.

Charioteers is based in Ahmedabad and specialises in international student recruitment and counselling.

Who we are

We know both sides of the desk.

Charioteers was founded to give students in India a straight answer about studying abroad — what they are eligible for, what it will cost, and what the process will actually ask of them.

Our team has substantial experience in international student recruitment and counselling. Our lead counsellor has worked across student recruitment, admissions and agent network development, and has personally counselled more than 500 students.

That background matters because it cuts both ways. We understand what a student needs to hear, and we understand what an admissions office needs to see. Applications we send are complete, honest and ready to assess.

500+ Students counselled

Ahmedabad Where we are

Serving students across Gujarat and the wider Indian market.

How we work

Four commitments we hold ourselves to.

Advice before placement

We tell students what we would tell our own family. If a programme is a poor fit for a profile, we say so — even when placing the student elsewhere would be easier for us.

Compliant recruitment

High-quality, compliant recruitment practice at every stage. No inflated documents, no promises about outcomes that are not ours to make.

One counsellor, start to finish

The person who takes your first session is the person who sees your file through to your pre-departure briefing.

Support past the offer letter

An admission letter is not the finish line. We stay with students through documentation and pre-departure preparation.
